The Peer Tutoring Program is where third graders who exhibit responsibility and strength in either math and/or reading can be chosen to become a peer tutor for another student. Peer tutors work with their tutees in areas of need such as word recognition, fluency and math concepts. They also collect data on their tutee to help focus on strengths and areas of needs.
This program is co-run by Teresa Shields and Kate Neft
