REOPENING TIMELINE


Monday, July 20, 2020: Board meeting to review and approve the district’s Health and Safety Plan (required by state) and Teaching and Learning Plan for fall 2020

Wednesday, July 22, 2020: Board approves Teaching and Learning Plan for fall 2020

Thursday, July 23, 2020: Virtual Program Selection Survey emailed to all families (to be completed ONLY by families choosing a virtual option)

Friday, July 31, 2020: WSD Families - Deadline to make their commitment for the virtual option for student. The deadline is 12:00 p.m.

Thursday, August 6, 2020: School Board approves final Teaching and Learning Program Plan as listed below.

Friday, August 7, 2020: District begins finalizing staff and student assignments

Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 3 PM: DEADLINE FOR PARENTS REQUESTING A CHANGE IN PROGRAM SELECTION. Contact your child's school to request a change (linked below). There is no need to contact the school if you are not requesting a change.
