What Our Staff Says

Staff Members

Wissahickon is consistently ranked as one of the top performing school districts in the state, but what makes this a special place to work and go to school is the relationships. We work hard to make sure that every student and staff member feels valued and respected.

Sarah Banaszynski

When I was applying to districts throughout the area, Wissahickon stood out to me for a few reasons. I connected with the vision of "Belong, Inspire, Engage, and Excel" and I also appreciated the emphasis on diversity and equity. Now, I enjoy working here because of the connection with my colleagues, students and the families. I feel valued because of the positive feedback I receive and it makes me want to continue working this hard to go above and beyond for my students.
