Hello United Family,

We are excited to announce a wide array of opportunities to experience and commit to water polo for the fall of 2026! From collegiate exhibition games and clinics to our annual fall Middle School teams, we cannot wait for our community to engage with the sport in a variety of exciting ways. Read on to learn more about all the different ways to connect to water polo in the coming months.

Navy and Princeton Exhibition and Clinic

Mark your calendars for August 29 as we are set to host an awesome event highlighting two of the top collegiate water polo programs on the East Coast! Join us at 1:30 p.m. at the Wissahickon Natatorium as The United States Naval Academy will take on Princeton University in a free collegiate water polo exhibition game. We are thrilled to be able to host such a high level game in our home pool!

Athletes are then invited to stick around after the game for a clinic that will be run in conjunction with the Navy and Princeton coaching staff and athletes from both teams! The clinic will run from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. and cost of attendance is $20. The clinic will be broken up into High School, Middle School, and Novice divisions so that there is developmentally appropriate learning for all ages.

Try Water Polo 2026!

We are excited to announce our second annual Try Water Polo Clinic Day! Try Water Polo is an event offered in conjunction with USA Water Polo to give athletes a chance to try water polo for free in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. This is a no pressure, no strings attached, chance to try one of the most fun sports in the water!

Try Water Polo is free and open to all athletes. Returning WCAC United Athletes are encouraged to attend and show off what they’ve learned with the club so far! Details are below:

• Try Water Polo - 1st - 5th Grade - Monday, August 31 from 6:15 p.m. - 7 p.m., Wissahickon High School Natatorium, 521 Houston Road, Ambler, PA 19002
• Try Water Polo - 6th - 8th Grade - Monday, August 31 from 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., Wissahickon High School Natatorium, 521 Houston Road, Ambler, PA 19002

Fall Registration

Fall registration is live! We are excited to announce registration for our Fall season, with programs designed to meet every athlete where they are. Registration is open for returning WCAC Members today, and will open to new members on 8/7. Space is limited, sign up today!

Fall Intro to Water Polo Program (Ages 8-12) - The perfect starting point for beginners, no experience needed. Athletes must be able to swim 50 yards freestyle and tread water for one minute. Focused on fundamentals and fun!

United Fall Youth Development Water Polo Program (Ages 10-14) - For water-confident athletes ready to grow, regardless of experience. Coaches group athletes nightly based on developmental needs. Focused on individual growth, tactical strategy, and competitive play. Season runs 9/2 –11/1, with games most Sundays 9/14–11/1. Team placement to be finalized by 9/15.

Fall HS Water Polo - For high schoolers without a school team who want to stay sharp this fall. No experience required, but athletes must swim 200 yards freestyle and tread water for five minutes. Maintains fitness, technique, and game IQ for the winter/spring season.
