Epic Sports Biomechanics is holding tryouts for their 13U, 14U, and 15U teams. These are college preparatory travel baseball teams focused on long-term athletic development. The program includes individual biomechanical assessments and training in the winter and spring, indoor winter workouts, indoor skill training programs, pitch design sessions, strength and conditioning programs, injury risk evaluations, arm care programs, pitching recovery routines, summer tournaments, and weekly outdoor summer practices.
