The District is pleased to offer the Strengthening Families Program, a 7-session program that builds evidence-based parenting skills, children's social skills, and family life skills program specifically designed for families. Both parents and children participate to improve parenting skills and family relationships, reduce problem behaviors, delinquency and alcohol and drug abuse in children and improve social skills and school performance.
The program is for families of children between the ages of 10-14 (actually or developmentally). Each session is approximately two hours in length and includes dinner and child-care.
Date: Seven (7) Wednesdays beginning March 8th, 2023 (No session on April 5)
Time: 6:00pm- 8:00pm
