JOIN US: Social Media Parent Education Presentation Nov. 28th

Are you thinking of buying a cell phone for your child? Are you concerned about how much time your child spends on social media? Has your child been concerned about something posted on social media or felt bullied online? Do you know which privacy settings you and your child should set up on your social media accounts? Do you know what your teen’s digital footprint is?

You will learn about these important topics and more at a special presentation - Social Media Landmines - with Robert Hackenson Jr. of Dynamic Influence on Monday, November 28 at 6 PM in the WHS Auditorium. Mr. Hackenson will provide tips and resources to support your child in having a healthy and positive social media (or online) experience.

ALL parents/guardians are encouraged to attend, but if you can't be here in person, the event will also be livestreamed on the WSD YouTube channel.

For over a decade, Mr. Hackenson has been delivering “edutaining” presentations to youth, parents, and professionals. He has built his business on delivering very dynamic and engaging presentations that connect with audiences and leave a lasting impression. He has presented all over the country and around the world to students, for parent education nights, and for professional development for educators.
