Healthy Sleep Equals Healthy Skin
A good night’s sleep is the secret to a major glow up!
The right amount of quality sleep has many benefits, including improved skin appearance. When you sleep, your body actively works to repair damaged skin, including UV damage. Having a late bedtime has also been associated with more oily skin, contributing to some types of acne.
Make healthy sleep a priority and get used to saying, “I woke up like this!”
