Post-Graduate Achievements: NCAA Academic All-American honoree; five-time Big East Heptathlon and Atlantic-10 Conference Champion in the Triple Jump, Heptathlon, and High Jump; Student-Athlete of the Year Award in Track and Field, 2000-2001; 2002 U.S. bobsled team; Chief Resident and House Staff President of Psychiatry, Einstein Medical Center.

WHS Activities: Marching Unit (9-12); Jazz Band (9-12); Pit Orchestra (9-12); Concert Band (9-12); State champion musician; performed with The Black Eyed Peas Jazz Band; won the John Philip Sousa Award; earned sweeping first-chair tuba distinctions in PMEA District 11 Band and Orchestra, Region 6 Band and Orchestra, and Pennsylvania All-State Band; earned tuba seats in a total of eight PMEA band and orchestra festivals; chosen in back-to-back years as the bass trombonist for the Cavalcade All-Star Jazz Band.
Post-Graduate Achievements:  Graduate, West Chester University; composer, musical score and theme for Philadelphia-based television pilot; head writer and cast member for the project; wrote, produced, and  directed "Ain't So Funny"; author, satirical comedy book and short acclaimed fiction works; founded Crazy Owl Films and Crazy Owl Entertainment
