For students in grades 11-12 only

Recognizing the opportunity provided by military service, the No Child Left Behind Law requires high schools to provide to military recruiters, upon request, access to names, addresses and phone numbers of high school juniors and seniors. The law also requires high schools to release information to colleges or other higher learning institutions, upon request by the student or family.

If you DO NOT want Wissahickon School District to disclose this information, you must complete the form below.  If we do not receive the form back by this date, we will release student information to the military upon request.
