WHS Parking Permit Update
In light of the school year beginning 100% virtual, we are suspending the student parking registration process. We will re-visit the process once a new re-opening decision has been made later in the fall. Students who have already purchased parking passes may choose from one of the following options:
Option A - They may keep their pass until we have more information about how and when the school will re-open for in-person instruction.
We are aware that students who already purchased passes paid for a full semester of parking. We will be sure to address this overpayment when we re-visit the process later in the fall—either by adding a credit toward the purchase of a spring parking pass, or by issuing a credit for the missed marking period of fall parking privileges.
Option B - They may return their pass now for a full refund. Please note that doing so will send them to the back of the line in the event that we attempt to honor the current student sign-up order when registration is re-opened.
Students wishing to return the passes may do so from 8 am to 11:30 am on Tuesday, August 18th through Thursday, August 20th and 8 am to 11:30 am on Tuesday, August 25th through Thursday, August 27th.
Please contact Mrs. Melanie Vasconez with any other questions.
