Natalie Kao, District Artist of the month

Congratulations to WMS 8th grader Natalie Kao, our District Artist of the Month. Natalie created a mixed media collage focused on value shading techniques. Her collage featured four different mediums, including repurposed dictionary pages. Natalie loves to draw at home, and she likes art because, she said, "it's very calming." Principal Bauer and Art Teachers Emily Shaffer and Caroline Bates congratulated Natalie on her phenomenal work!
